Navigating insurance can be tricky, but we’re here to help. Our office accepts PPO plans, and we’re happy to help you understand your benefits. If you’re looking for help with insurance, you’re in the right place.
We are currently participate with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, MetLife, United Healthcare and many other PPO insurances. For more information on insurance, please contact us.
If we are not in network with your insurance provider, our team will gladly assist you in submitting claims to help maximize your benefits.
Please note that insurance coverage varies by plan. While we are happy to guide you, we encourage you to review your specific benefits with your insurance provider to fully understand your coverage. Kindly remember that payment for services is ultimately the responsibility of the patient or guardian, regardless of insurance reimbursement.

Fees and Payment Information
- Our fees are based on the type of treatment provided and the time involved in delivering quality care.
- A detailed treatment plan, including estimated fees, will be reviewed with you at your child’s initial visit.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our team.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and personal checks.
- We also offer customized financial arrangements for more extensive
treatment plans. If you’d like to learn more, please don’t hesitate to ask.
For separated or divorced parents:
- The parent who brings the child to the appointment is considered responsible for payment at the time of service.
- If another party has agreed to cover the cost, we kindly ask that a written acknowledgment be provided in advance. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to inform the other parent or guardian about any care provided.
